Chocolate Melting Snow


INGREDIENTS:

A. 100 gr Salted butter
200 gr Margarine

1 sdt Bread & cookies

175 gr Icing Sugar

2 sdm Toffieco

B. 300 gr Flour

50 gr Milk powder

1 sdt Baking powder

100 gr Chopped walnuts

100 gr Crushed cornflakes

30 gr Cocoa powder

C. 2 pcs Egg yolk

1 pc Egg whites

D. 200 gr Peanut butter

E. 200 gr White cooking chocolate

F. 325 gr Chopped walnuts

Ingredients E and F for decoration

BAKING METHOD:

1. Beat ingredients A until it is white and fluffy, add ingredients C and beat until well mixed.

2. Add ingredients B into the mixture little by little, mix well.

3. Shape the dough into a marble size ball then put them on a greased baking sheet.

4. Bake for 30 minutes in 160 degree oven, put aside and let cool.

5. Take 2 pieces of the cookies, spread peanut butter on 1 side of the cookie and put them together into a sandwich.

6. Melt ingredients E and dip 1 side of the sandwiched cookie into it then sprinkle ingredient F, let dry and ready to be served.
